Prices are per week (from Saturday to Saturday) or on request.

For longer periods we make you a tailor-made offer, eg 1500 € / month out of season.

Electricity consumption: 150 KW, sufficient for normal consumption.

Water consumption: 5m³, sufficient for normal consumption.

Washing machine, dryer, WIFI, TV Vlaanderen.

Not included in the price:

Electricity consumption above 150Kw / week - 0.20 € / Kw

Water consumption above 5m³ / week - 1.50 € / m³

Gas consumption 65 € per large gas bottle

Some insurance

Deposit: 500 €

Terms of payment:

Deposit: 30% within a week after receipt of the lease

Balance of 70%: to be paid no later than 3 months before the arrival date

100% payment for bookings within 3 months before arrival date
